Is Cycling Recommended for Those with Knee Osteoarthritis? What you NEED to know with Dr. Alyssa Kuhn, PT

It turns out, it can be helpful for pain but not so much for long term stiffness and mobility. In this episode I'll share the findings of the research as well as a strategy you can use to help fill in the gaps in terms of balance, range of motion and full body strength.
